Ingredients for the salad: 200 gr. steamed rice 1/2 whole chicken breast cooked in the oven 1 ripe avocado 4/5 cherry tomatoes 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced Taggiasca olives Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons spread oil vinegar or lemon juice chopped fresh basil salt and pepper to taste Procedure: Once the rice is cooked, I make sure that the rice is cooked al dente and well separated. In a large bowl, combine the chicken strips, the diced avocados, the chopped cherry tomatoes, the very finely sliced red onion.
