Upon your arrival you will find rooms and environments ready to enjoy your stay, with heating, air conditioning, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, TV in the rooms, wi-fi, in the bathrooms 1 set of towels/courtesy set per person. Towels are changed every 4 days, sheets are changed every 7 days. There is no daily rearrangement, in case of need you will communicate any needs to the host who will be available on call. To guarantee the decorum of the rooms and the rest of all, the common areas must always be left in order and clean and in the case of sharing the rooms with other guests after 10.00 pm they must not be used. The use of the kitchen is not foreseen but it is possible to use our cafeteria at 50 m. for the continental breakfast in the morning at a cost of € 7.00 per person from 08.00 to 10.00 The Santa Chiara car park at 350 m. cost € 14.00 per week, other free parking areas near the fire brigade, or in via Patini at 500 m.
